01About these terms

These terms apply to the free 5-Day Analyst Challenge, Challenge Plus, the Techiya Asia Analyst Traineeship (Core, Pro and Max plans) and any add-ons (together, the "Programme"). The Programme is run by PH7, trading as Techiya ("Techiya", "we", "us"), 2 Pereira Road, #05-01A, Singapore 368024.

By signing up for the challenge, buying a plan or using the course portal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Programme.

02Education only, not financial advice

• The Programme teaches how analysts research and present companies. It is for education only.
• Nothing in the Programme, including examples, worked answers, feedback, coaching, our own analysis or simulator trades, is financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment.
• The trading competition uses a stock simulator with virtual money. Strategy and Expert Advisor work in the Max plan runs on demo accounts only. We do not recommend any broker.
• If you choose to invest or trade with real money, you do so at your own risk. Please consider getting independent advice from a licensed professional.
• The Programme is offered by Techiya. It is not offered by or on behalf of any financial institution or financial advisory firm.

03Who can join

The Programme is designed for university students, graduates and career switchers. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You must give us accurate contact details.

04The free 5-Day Analyst Challenge

• The challenge is free. Day 1 is sent as soon as you sign up, and Days 2 to 5 arrive at 8am Singapore time each morning, by email with a WhatsApp reminder.
• After the challenge we may send a few follow-up messages about the traineeship. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or unsubscribing from any email.

05Challenge Plus

• Challenge Plus is a one-off paid upgrade to the free challenge. It includes a worked example for each day, written feedback on your Day 5 pitch and a completion certificate.
• To get feedback, reply to the Challenge Plus email with your slide and a link to your recording. We aim to send feedback within 24 hours.
• Your Challenge Plus code gives you the stated discount on a traineeship plan. It can be used once per person and can't be exchanged for cash.

06The traineeship plans

All plans (Core, Pro and Max)

• Your 12-week traineeship starts on the day you pay. Your course login is sent by email, and Module 1 is open straight away.
• A new module opens each week, with one assignment due each week. We aim to give written feedback on each assignment within 24 hours. Feedback may be drafted with the help of AI tools and is reviewed by our team.
• When you complete the required assignments, you receive a Techiya certificate of completion. It is not an academic or professional qualification.

Pro

• Six 15-minute check-ins with Calvin on Google Meet, one per fortnight, booked through our online calendar.
• Each check-in must be booked and attended within its fortnight. Check-ins that are not booked or are missed are forfeited and do not roll over.

Max

• Everything in Pro, plus guided work turning a TradingView strategy into a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor, backtesting it and running it on a demo account.
• Two 30-minute coaching sessions on Google Meet, bookable on weekdays between 10am and 3:30pm Singapore time.

We may update lessons, tools and schedules to keep the Programme current, as long as the overall value of your plan is not reduced.

07Prices and payment

• Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout and processed securely by Stripe.
• Current prices are founder prices and may go up for future enrolments. A price change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

08No refunds, and one free deferral

• All sales are final. Because you get immediate access to course materials, we do not offer refunds for Challenge Plus, any traineeship plan or add-ons, including if you change your mind or do not finish.
• If you can't start straight away, you may defer your start date once, free. Email [email protected] to request this, and we will confirm your new start date. Your price stays locked in.
• Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded.

09Your responsibilities

• Submit your own work. You may use AI tools to help you understand material, but you must check every number yourself and tell us if AI wrote any part of your submission.
• Keep your login to yourself and do not share course materials, recordings or worked examples with anyone outside the Programme.
• Be respectful to other trainees and to our team, including on WhatsApp and calls.
• Use only public information about companies. Do not share confidential or inside information.

10Intellectual property

• All course materials, videos, templates, worked examples, emails and rubrics belong to Techiya. You may use them for your own learning only.
• Your work belongs to you. You give us permission to store and review it, give feedback and use it to improve the Programme.
• We will only show your work, name, photo or testimonial publicly with your permission.

11Results and testimonials

Testimonials on our site reflect the experiences of past trainees. Everyone's results are different. We do not promise any job offer, internship, grade or investment result from taking part in the Programme.

12Other companies' platforms

The Programme uses platforms run by other companies, such as Investopedia, TradingView, MetaTrader, Google and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes.

13Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access without refund if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing course materials, submitting someone else's work as your own, or harassing others. We will usually warn you first.

14Our liability

• We take care to make the Programme accurate and useful, but company data, examples and market information may contain errors or become out of date.
• We are not responsible for any investment or trading losses, or for decisions you make based on anything in the Programme.
• As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Programme.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date. If we make significant changes, we will tell current trainees by email. Changes do not take away what you have already paid for.

16Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Singapore. We would always prefer to sort things out with you directly first, so please email us.
